I don't know much about stereos. But i do know that i want one where i can avoid using CD's again. Somebody mentioned that they had 100's+ tracks on some memory chip/stick? Is that what the USB business is?! As i said no idea about technology!

Anyway straight to the point.. I want a stereo where i can listen to all the tracks i download (I have over 500+)

Anyone know of any sites/links where i can find a suitable one?

go for any thing kenwood or sony they are the best car stereos you can get in my opnion!
i havent got one of those sticks for my stereo but i have got this! it is a lead that plugs into the car cd changer input socket in the back of the stereo! on the other end it has liek a headphone plug so you can plug what ever you like into your car stereo! it works brilliantly with very very good quality. that might be a better option for you. i think my lead was 20 pounds something like that and my stereo is a kenwood!

as its a sony it should be good quality
easy to fit with a retro fit pack from any good car accessory shop. there are more in the argos catalogue to choose from.

id reccomend an apline head unit, they've got a good range of models availibke and the sound qualitity is second to none. Kenwood are good to, but alpine is the one to go for.

You will not get a good system for £150 shall we say £400 then you can take your pick.Maybe see halfords they have a good selection and you can try them out before buying.
