I have a 1974 Honda CB550. I want to change the oil and I got two big jugs of 10W40 today. I got home and read the manual and realized 10W40 was maybe not the best choice of oil. Apparently the 10W40 is best between -20 and 45 degrees F.

I live in Chicago where it is starting warm up outside. Is it a really bad idea to use the 10W40? or does it not really matter? Why, why not?

The bearing that go's around the piston pin went out on me and ate up the inside of the rod. If anyone know of a neather bikes rod that will fit this motorcycle or if you have a DS7 for sale. Thank's

bought a used car for $4gs. going to register and do a name transfer only to find out tags were stolen...almost arrested, grilled and held at dmv for some hrs. finally let me go, and wasn't able to do what i planned. advised to sign a release of liability and return car to seller, but how when i can't get hold of seller thru ph# given and known address, residents don't know whereabouts of seller. did i just get scammed and l.ose out $? what have i got to do w/stolen tags (pd. fraud w/c.c) why am i the one stressing on something someone else did? theres got to be a way to fight this, right??? can someone help me find a way to resolve this? there's got to be an answer, do you have it? please tell me what to do? i refuse to feel a loss on my end. not when i've invested all my $.

im 16, i already have a chevy truck, but cant afford to drive it every day with $3.00 gas, im looking at a mitsubishi eclipse for sale, it has minor body damage, but the motor needs work

the manual transmission isnt connected to the motor, its bolts are loose, way loose. and pretty sure the gaskets need replacing.

also, the front motor mount is loose, not sure if it can be tightened or if it needs to be replaced. the motor shakes real bad when i let off of the clutch going up a hill today when i went to go look at it,

is this car worth $1200, it only has 159,000 original miles, and the current owners offered to fix the engines probs without raising the price

I know Ford Racing has superchargers, I've seen them for later models, but I have yet to see one for my 1996 Mustang Cobra...Do they exsist for my car?

I think the superchargers are actually made by Whipple, but correct me if I'm wrong

The manual also says I can use NDX22ES, Bosch X270 T-17, or Champion A7Y-MC.

I was told I needed bolts in my front suspension replaced because some have fallen out and wearing down or something and if I didnt that my engine was in danger of falling out.

Did they mean the busings to the kframe? Or is there something else that could potentially have my engine fall out that they were talkin about.

I have an 86 pontiac carbuerated. original 29000 miles. new alternator, and new battery...won't start or keep charge? what else could it be? All the wires are tight, and if you jump it, it will run...but after a while it will loose power i.e. headlights will dim, interior lights will dim, and it will stall if not revved.

I am repairing a Honda CB 500T. After finally getting it started, I noticed one exhaust gets extremely hot; the other not so hot. There is a small amount of backfiring as I rev it up. Any assist would be appreciated.
