Blow by , possible causes ; worn rings , broken ring , cylinder scored or gouged , too rich fuel mixture and causing cylinder wash.

You may have debris in the float bowl that is keeping the needle from sealing the jet. The bowl keeps trying to fill and gas runs into your cylinder and past the rings into the crank case.
On my road bike, the crankcase vents into the airbox where gases go into the air intake and liquids, condensed oil and water, drain into the drool tube.

your needle and seat are leaking in the carby,replace it with new one. and turn your gas tap off when your not riding the bike.
