how can I mount a springer seat to a 1979 Honda CX 500?

I want to mount a springer seat to my 79 Honda CX 500, any ideas how I can do it?

By springer seat, do you mean a Police style seat with springs under it?
You can make, or buy a nose bracket or a T-bar. You will have to make some way to mount the springs to the frame.

The bracket for my Dyna was discontinued by the manufacturer. I made my own nose bracket, modified the frame to fit it, mounted the springs to the brackets I bought for the handrail in new holes I drilled, and attached the bottoms of the springs by drilling and tapping holes in the frame instead of making another bracket.
