why the hell do people not turn on their freaking signal lights

Because they got their stupid cell phone in one hand, doing their makeup or reading a newspaper with the other, while keep their food and 44oz soda between their legs while driving. Who has time to keep their hands on the steering wheel, much less signal a turn??

Moving their hand to press the turn signal lever is way too much work apparently, as it would cause them to possibly drop their cell phone or coffee. Same reason they don't signal to change lanes either. Or they learned how to drive in California where turn signals are apparently an extra cost item on their cars. They are also the most rude drivers I've ever seen.
I also hate people that start turning and then decide to turn on their turn signal.

I dont know but I always signal when I switch lane and making a turn. I mean signal lights are there just for that right? Usually if someone next to me signal to get into my lane, I am more courteous to let them in than those that DON'T signal. haha i hope you are one of those people that uses your signal lights, otherwise it'll be an oxymoron to ask this question and not do so yourself..........
