I have a 1996 Corolla and the trunk is stuck. I have a trunk open button on my alarm remote. I tried the remote, didn't work. I tried the pull handle beside the driver side, didn't work. I tried to put my keys in the trunk hole, wouldn't even turn. I tried lifting up the trunk while pressing the open button, didn't work. I think what caused this to get stuck is because I probably slammed the trunk too hard. But that's the best I can guess, I don't even know if that was the cause. Can anyone tell me what I can and should do?

Hey, i have a 96 monte carlo.. 192,000 km on it. the engine light is still on and the car is overheating. what could possibly be the problem?
- i replaced the thermostat, and the car is still overheating. Could it possibly be a head gasket problem? which is very expensive to fix??

I thought maybe my seatcovers caused this but after removing them it still did the same thing. Everyone that gets in my car and gets out and go to close the door gets a shock.

I have a good income of 70K+. What should I say to the salesman to get the deal made. I have a clunker of a trade in. I don't want to put squat down. Any help out there? I hate car salesmen. I think the power wire that was stock is too small and needs to be a stronger gauge. Where would I hook up a different wire? Straight to the battery? I can't trace back the stock positive wire. Oh, and also the CD player is making a noice as if it were ejecting a CD. This is the only sign that it has some power. There are know lights coming on. Help Please!!!

I live in australia and recently a law has been passed prohibiting young drivers from driving high peformance cars(V8, some V6) and outlawing engine mods to p-platers. So, what cars are quick and in price range of a youth, arounf 10gees? I kno Honda Civics are cheap and look ok but ive heard that the front wheel drive kills them, so what else is quick, ive thought about the older celica/supras or lancers, but what do you think??
