I'm currently using an Alpine SWE-1042, but it needs to be replaced. My amp, MTX Thunder 4202 (specs: http://www.epinions.com/614168_MTX_Audio_50W_x_2_Thunder_4202/display_~full_specs ) I don't know much about this sort of stuff (the current car audio setup I have I bought as a unit ), but as best as I can tell these are compatible and would suit my needs without breaking my wallet. Basically, I'm looking for something that costs no more than $100 as I just want a clean sound but doesn't necessarily have to have a lot of kick to it. 1) Rockford Fosgate P210D4 (http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/products/product_details.asp?cat_id=4&series_id=31&family_id=10&item_id=104323&locale=en_US&p_status )
2) Panasonic CJ-SW2503 (http://www.amazon.com/Panasonic-CJ-SW2503-10-Inch-300-Watt-Subwoofer/dp/B000ENPXFK ) The latter has 1300 RMS, would this be compatible with my amp since it's only 750? What would be other options? THANKS!!

My partner told me this afternoon that he is going out with some mates over the weekend and that they are going to a raceway that has free entry and then you pay $25 and you can drag against someone else and that the only rules are that you were a helmet and your car is streetlegal. Is this legal or is he playing with fire? I am in Australia and have never heard of this before.

I have a petrol, 86 ,740 running a BF22 Auto which is a bit sad.
rough changes ect. have tried all the remidies. ?? is there a box from another car which will fit in without much modification.
Ie Ford Holden auto or similar.

I really like this truck but as a Real Estate Agent I don't know if people would think it's to low brow. I'm not into driving Mercedes or BMW to show how successful I am but I don't want this truck to hurt my image the other way. The truck seats 5 very confortably. Any Opinions would be appreciated.

when you drive a car, what is the 1st thing you do after you get behind the wheel and after you put your seatbelt on? and also after your done driving and when you park your car?
a) turn the ignition and start the car
b) lower the break
c) put it in drive
Please tell me in STEPS what do you do when you TAKES OFF and when you STOP(park) your car.

on kellybluebook.com it says i would get $10,850 for it as a trade in. how does a trade in really work? where does the money that i get offered go in to? does it all got to the new car or aprt of it? i know that they pay off the rest on the loan on my car. please help!!!

I'm looking to buy a USED car (or SVU). What do you think i should get? The car or SVU cant cost more than 30k, 2002 or later model, AWD (is a must, since i plan to transfer to a 4 year school in a city that snows) and factory installed navigation.

btw...dont want a hummer or any SUV that gets less than 15 mpg...

okay so i had my oil changed today, and when i got back in the car i noticed the type of oil they put into the vehicle. My car calls for a SAE 5W-20 or 0W-20 and they put in 10W-30, now there is this knocking noise and the engine is louder(my car is a 2007). I took it back to them and told them about it, and showed them the owners manual and the cap on the engine says what type of oil to use. so they drained the oil out and replaced it twice the noise is quieter but it is still there, its a brand new car with only 2990 miles on it.
they called around and everyone they talked to said the noise will go away once the lifters are back to there prime, putting in the contempary oil stripped the lifters of the sticky stuff that the synthetic oil put on them, they said it will take awhile but to speed up the process to use and additive called slick 50, they said that came from a TOYOTA tech. Is it safe to do this or should i not ? i dotn want to mess up my warranty....

i have really no clue what all this does an mean.. But do any one of ya'll live in VA? lol.. I am a female, with not to to much knowledge of a car. But i know something isn't right.. And i just had the muffler and exaust pipes fixed.. And i don't understand why it is still loud.. But with one of the answers i got, i can't have my car start flying by it's self.. lol, i have three little ones and that isn't safe.. I love my bird, and it is a good car, Sometimes it acts like there is nothing wrong with it... But some days it just seems to have a hard time...
