I'm 15, learning to drive, and all i know is that both of them let me go forward. what's the difference?

My husband has just bought a diesel car and before we can drive off anywhere he insists on sitting for a good 5 minutes or more to "warm up the engine". Is it really necessary or is he just being annoying?

I've been riding for about 30 years and own a really fine Harley.
I'm probably a lot older than 99 percent of the questioners in this forum.. My question is, why the hell am I even reading this immature crap? Please, just tear me apart. I deserve it.

Like, how do I replace the playing cards in my spokes without my mom finding out?

Most of you guys aren.t bikers, you're just little assed kids with computers and 40 year old mopeds or the sperm dribble we call sportsbikers.

I was driving on the expressway and I got cut off lost control of my car and slammed into the concrete wall. I was going around 80 mph I drive a two seater. I walked away with a minor burn on my arm from the air bag. My front end is smashed to all hell. I'm just shocked it wasn't worse. I guess my question is why am I still here? I don't see how...

alright, I'm not sure when it started, but

When I'm in park, but the car is running, every like few minutes it makes a noise, that sounds like : Your moving forward with the e-brake on.

But the e-brake isn't on, and after I started pulling out and driving down the road the noise kept going again, like every few minutes I'd hear the E-brake noise.

So it happens both when i'm Idle and moving. Any Ideas?

I've been offered a 1998 zx6r g1 with amissing side fairing, 18,500 miles on the clock, datatag in good condition. I'm wondering what the going rate for this is and if no one knows how I would find that out. Thanks guys :-D

the brakes work good, however i have to continually add brake fluid. i could not find a leak anywhere, and pressure is good. i have been told it could be one of the following:
brake proportioning valve
antilock valve
brake booster
how do i test each of these and where is the antilock valve located? is there anything else it could be and how would i check it? i know i should have a pro do it but i am in college and can not afford that luxury.

I have a 97 Honda Civic manual transmission and I stalled at a stop light......I turned the key to start the car (engine is now on) and I didn't realize that the engine was on, so I attempted to start the car about another 5 times....I heard an unpleasant grinding sound each time...finally some kids helped me push the car out of the middle of the road....I felt like a complete idiot......anyways, How bad is this for the engine/car and what kind of damage does it do??

this truck will quit running (die) (wont start back) if you are driving it and it starts raining outside. Something gets wet underneath it and the thing just quits. Put it on a computer and it shows nothing. Put new starter, battery, went over all the wires I could think of and still nothing.

Can you get a Holley carburetor with vacuum secondaries that is also a double pumper?
I always thought that the double pumpers always came with Mechanical Secondaries. ( In general im talking about the 650s and 750s)
