Does anyone know where i can hire an old russian car like Chayka or Old Moskvich in the UK?

No-one hires cars like that, it's not financially viable.
They are too unreliable and spare parts are too hard to get hold of. Each one brought into the U.K. would also have to have an S.V.A. test to get registered - at a cost of £1,000 a time.
