alright, I'm not sure when it started, but

When I'm in park, but the car is running, every like few minutes it makes a noise, that sounds like : Your moving forward with the e-brake on.

But the e-brake isn't on, and after I started pulling out and driving down the road the noise kept going again, like every few minutes I'd hear the E-brake noise.

So it happens both when i'm Idle and moving. Any Ideas?

alright, get in your car, throw down your E-brake, put your car in 1st gear/ Drive, now accelerate, hear your E-brake?

It sounds EXACTLY like that. but in small spurts.

I doubt if it is your E-brake. It may be your transmission, or something else in the drive line. Get it checked.

I've screwed up and driven around for miles with an e brake on and I've never heard one make any noise. Maybe you should describe the noise a little better.

It could be your belts need to be replaced or just tightened up.
