Yes, you can do it. You will likely have some difficulty due to the much smaller terminals, but if you use good cables it will work.
Small warning:
Do NOT have the bike engine running when you do it. You have a pretty good chance of overloading the Regulator/rectifier and losing it. On some newer bikes you could also damage other electronics.
Use battery power ONLY.

While it might be possible, you'll probably cook the charging system on the bike. Most cars nowadays have a high energy ignition which will cook your bike's ignition in seconds. Don't ask me how I know.

Yes it can. We had to jumpstart a bakkie before and we used a 100 cc quad to do so. all the starter needs is power to turn from there on the battery will get charged.

Although it is possible to jump start a car off of a motorcycle it is not recommended because you take a risk of frying your charging system on the bike

yes ... but I've used just the battery...I disconnected the + &- wires and used only the battery to do it...

all you can do is try it. keep bike running. or you will have TWO dead batteries. GOOD LUCK
