i have really no clue what all this does an mean.. But do any one of ya'll live in VA? lol.. I am a female, with not to to much knowledge of a car. But i know something isn't right.. And i just had the muffler and exaust pipes fixed.. And i don't understand why it is still loud.. But with one of the answers i got, i can't have my car start flying by it's self.. lol, i have three little ones and that isn't safe.. I love my bird, and it is a good car, Sometimes it acts like there is nothing wrong with it... But some days it just seems to have a hard time...

Also when i had the tune up, i had the wires and fuel filter replaced as well..i do like a full tune up on the car.

I missed part 1 of the question but you had the exhaust replaced and the car is still loud.
They may have installed a low restriction muffler, or there may be a leak where the manifold ties into the down pipe.
