HAHA omggg me and my friends think that too...i know exactly what your talking about...those big white vans with the two doors that swing open on the back..lol

It's just a stereotype since usually in kidnapping cases, the kidnapper uses one of those vans. Of course, not all kidnappers use one and not all people who drive one of those are kidnappers. It's much like thinking all black people are good at basketball or all asians are good at math. Sure, get a laugh out of it when you see one and make some random comments, but that should be about it, unless you see something suspicious going on. My girlfriend and I make fun of them all the time....

There is nothing silly about being safe than sorry! Nice to see you can talk about it because most of those that do get taken away don't! Do you do the lottery? Lots of people do and few ever win a thing, still though, there are winners. well its no different. There are sick individuals out there that live for the dream of feeding their desires to hurt others, do you feel lucky?

actually, thats very close to accurate; certainly, not ALL of them are 'kidnapper vans', but they fit the profile. something large, and easily thrown something/somebody into, and plain white, so they dont draw attention, as they might if it says "buddy's plumbing and air cond repair" on it.

If you see one parked in a dark area of a parking lot late, late at night then you might be cautious. Otherwise, they are probably being used for hauling cargo.

i do no longer associate white autos, greater like brown/beige/orange/blue... incredibly something rusty and dodgy looking. yet perhaps white by way of fact this is the main worry-unfastened shade of transit autos? i do no longer understand, lol perhaps white is the colour of the united van possessing human stealing paedophilia league (UVOHSPL) or something...
