Lower left side of the dash behind a pull out cover.

You need to check your meter and make sure it works, cause how can you show the fuse check is o.k. You might have a faulty meter. Maybe borrow one and see what IT says. If good, check your light switch that turns your lights on. Might be your voltage regulator...It might be the wiring in your door panel. Which you need to remove and check THOSE wires. Be sure to mark them so they can go back the way they were. Check each wire with a meter and make sure they are all good. We had a similar problem and it was the voltage regulator which we easily changed ourselves.

On the dash board just about where your left knee would touch if you moved the seat all the way up. There is a small access door.
