I purchased a car today from someone we thought "trustworthy". Now that we get home and get on the internet, we find him not so "trsutworthy". I am just wondering if I can take the car back legally on Monday, or if I am "screwed". We have signed paper work, but we have not done the loan yet as we were preapproved through our credit union which is closed today for Veterans Day. I need to know what the law states! HELP PLEASE!

I have been trying to change my tire for the past couple days because the lug nuts were way too tight. I got all but one nut.... The last one will not come off because its rounded off on the edges of the bolt, making it impossible to think about fixing. Does anyone know how to remove a bolt like this??? Thanks a lot for any help!

I was coming home from a wedding and was pulled over for speeding. My license was suspended but I was only driving because the other passenger had been drinking. What will a judge do when I show up in court?

So far I have zeroed on 2007 sonata gls 2.4L and 2007 camry CE AT.
Since its my first car ,I m scared to make a wrong decision.I m not going to sell it for atleast 10 yrs. I was a toyota fan but the 2007 models have serious transmission problems, and the sonata has a 10 yr warranty. HOW MUCH COST DIFFerence between the both and if a Camry is worth it.

we took the car to the dealer and he put it on a diagnotice and said he thought it was the wheel bearing. my husband replaced it. now it is doing the same tthing, it feels kind of rough when he puts on the brake. It`s not a smoothe stop. I cant afford 500 dollars. for the dealer to fix it.

I live in UK and drive a Mercedes C220 CDi, I get 55mpg on freeway driving and 45mpg combined driving.
How does this compare with the American version of the same car?

I was recently 'over there' and found it amusing to see advertisers claiming 32mpg to be 'great milage', I know that your gas is a great deal cheaper than ours but if I was only getting 32mpg I would be ditching my car for a bicycle.

My friend told me that the tracks on The El in Chicago are not actually bolted into the ground, but are just lying there. Apparently, this requires constant maintenance because the tracks move and become misaligned. He said the tracks are not bolted because the ground would shift if they were.

My first question is whether this is true, and my follow-up question is: if it is true, then why is it done this way - the ground shifting doesn't seem to explain much.

I signed a contract to buy a car today (saturday). I decided I don't want the car and they are not open tomorrow. I heard there is a grace period of a day or two that you have to be able to cancel the contract? Does anyone know the laws? Is this true? Does anyone have a link of the laws of this?
Thanks in advance

I want smooth, commutable, luxurious car with a big trunc so that

I can put my golf bag and push cart easily.

What would be my options?

Bentley? Maybach? or what else?

I've heard bently is smooth, but also people say 'trunc is too small'

Does Maybach have a big trunc? Is it smooth like 'lexus' ?

Do I have any other options other than those cars?
