first off Uniroyal makes the Tiger Paws not Goodyear.

my first choice would be the Bridgestone Revos, then the BFG A/T, and then Goodyear MT/R.

as far as all around traction in mud, dirt, etc, i prefer the MT/R, but they are a mud tire and behave differently in the snow and ice then a regular A/T tire would.

The best thing I can do is direct you to the best tire people in the world. "Tire Rack" "discount tire company" check the web site it is easy enter your Xterria and what you want it to do order tires on line pay pal and have one of the certified installers put them on Even get the tires delevered to where they are going to be installed. The original equiptment tire works here in Texas. However in the Snowy Tundra You might even get rims for snow tires and rims for summer tires. Put a Boss Snowplow on it and clear out parking lots and driveways. Sure glad down here we only get 1" snow a year.

You will want to find yourself a good M&S rated tire, where M&S = Mud and Snow. If your roads are prone to solid sheets of ice, then I would suggest being easy on the throttle, and installing some chains.
