Where are the grounds for the switches on steering column on a 1990 Camaro RS?
I'm told they are on column, close to bottom. What do they look like, and exactly where? Are they black wires, or what color? There are several connectors around column, but none at bottom of column. I know one connector is for diagnostic, one for instrument panel, and there seems to be one connector for airbag. I'd appreciate all information dummytized so I can comprehend, please. My wife wants to drive her Camaro, and we can't afford to take it to a real mechanic. please help!!

At the beginning of September, I had my serpentine belt replace (almost 100,000 miles on my car). Since that time, it has jumped off 3 times (as of yesterday). First, the mechanic stated it was the water pump barrings causing it, so they replaced my water pump. The second time, they said it was the tension spring, so they replaced that. Because it happened on a Sunday, I've not got an answer for this time, but WHAT COULD BE CAUSING THIS!!! I've already sunk almost $1,000 in it over the last 2 months and it's an 8 year old car!!!! Help, anyone who knows all about cars. This is a 98 Ford ZX2 if that helps.

As soon as you drive it out of the 'showroom' it loses money. You pay interest on the loan or finance. Cant understand why anyone would do this unless they have money to burn. No one would undertake such a financially negative agreement in business!

In my country, the cab drivers are charged a preimium for cab rental. They also have to pay for gas on their own. After which, they get paid by the meter, everything the customer gives them goes into their pockets.

Details are: I'm a 51yr. male living in Birmingham Uk driving a zero valued Ford Fiesta 1.3 automatic (1995) parked on the road (no choice unfortunately) looking for third party cover. I have 18 yrs no-claims. No accidents or convictions. Alarm & immobiliser fitted. I have been quoted £171 which I think is rather excessive. Any useful tips appreciated. Thanks.

at times when at idle the truck will just quit. It does not happen all of the time but i need it fixed. I was told it is either the computer or the Max02 sensor, it only happens at idle and the truck runs great besides. Can I adjust the throttle or does something else need to be fixed?

some of the gaskets i,ve romoved were cemented but not all, it is easy to see that some idiot has pulled it apart in the past by the damage to screw heads and various score marks on the body.

My husband was recently hit at a stop light. There is quite a bit of damage to his truck. My question is, is there any way I can handle the claim with the person responsibles insurance company. I don't want my insurance company to handle it because the last time we were rearended it took them FOREVER to even get a copy of the police report.
I have a copy of the report and the number to the ladys insurance company. I'm just not sure where to start and what to even say when I call...any help?
