Some coworkers are of the opinion that if you continuously run your fuel tank on your car/truck low, that this negatively affects your fuel pump.

For those of you who know about such things, is this true? Does it hurt the pump, or anything else, if you tend to drive a few days with your Low Fuel light ("dummy light") on before you gas up?

Does anyone know how to re-set the radio code on the above car. The car has been owned by a few people and the code is lost, and I recently had a flat battery and so the code was lost. I don't really want to go to a Renault dealership unless someone thinks it is very cheap.

I have a 1998 Volvo, manual says change timing
belt when u reach 70000 miles or 8yrs whichever
comes first. I have had the car 9yrs and mileage
is62500 do I need to change the belt now or can
I wait until I am closer to 70000 miles, and what
material is the timing belt made of metal or

I have a small motorcaravan and it uses a lot of petrol.

Now thinking of a conversion to Liquid Petroleum Gas conversion. Can anyone tell me the pros and cons please. I know there were a lot of problems when they first came out, but now meant to be much improved.

My husband bought a 5 person raft with a holder for a motor a few months ago and is really wanting a motor for it. Was thinking about 1 for Xmas. I know nothing about motors for raft boats. When your on the road and there are dumb a$$ drivers driving especially slow for no reason at all, do you think they should be ticketed just like the guy driving over the speed limit? I know some states say if your holding up more than 5 cars you have to pull over, but I seldom see it happen, and i've never heard of anyone getting a ticket for it. There might just be 1 or 2 people in line but they have to risk their lives going into the opposing lane just because some dimwit is too stupid to drive the speed limit.
