my dealer abdul latif jameel refuse to repair my camry car for engine since it is not covred in warranty coverage after 3 years while in toyota warranty coverag says for 5 years

Go to a different dealer. I have found that some are pricks about servicing your vehicle and others will give you no hassles. I have not heard of this with Toyota dealers, but I have heard it a lot with GM dealers.
If the other dealer takes care of you, I would complain to Toyota.

Your warranty is 60 months or 60,000 miles. You should be covered as you only have 39,000 miles.
In KM I believe its covered to almost 100,000 KM.
