yes, if the notice to owner is the first you here of it then appeal stating that the ticket was not on your vehicle, they will put the fine back to its original reduced price.

Not only do you still have to pay the fine, but any other fees associated with not paying it on time. Is that right? No. But there is a difference between law and justice. Don't ever expect to find justice in the courts without a high priced lawyer.

Yes. You'd probably have to appeal when they send you the higher fine in the post (which will be the first time you'll hear of it) but most wardens photograph the veichle with the ticket on it as evidence of the offence anyway.

yes you do as the person police traffic warden etc has the original. and you will be notified within several days of the notice being issued. failing not to pay could be ahefty fine plus pts onyor licence.

yes ,and usually because you may not realise the ticket has been removed you have to pay the full amount ,no discount for paying the fine within 3days.

YES! Definately, otherwise no one would pay and everyone would get fines. Go into debt and the whole structure of society would change.... and the government have a record xD

if it is issued by a traffic warden unfortunatly yes but ask to see it as by law it must have two dates one date will be when you were parked illigally and one date of issue but if it is issued by a private firm ie car park this law may not apply

yes under no circumstances will be allowed not to pay the ticket.If the third party pulled it off.or the wind blew it off.there is no excuse.the ticket is yours .so you have to just deal with it.
