Not familiar with these hinges directly, but having done some on other old cars similar to this I have one suggestion. If the rust you are talking about is corrosion in the hinges keeping them from working properly and making the doors hard to open then you can soak them in muriatic acid or other strong acid to remove the rust. Then soak in baking soda to neutralize the acid and after sanding the pins and bores that they pivot on relube them and put back together. Of course if your's are made out of "pot metal" or something other than regular steel do not do this ad the muriatic acid will eat them up. It is only a couple of bucks a gallon at Lowe's or any house paint store as they use it for getting mortar off bricks, etc. Watch them while you soak them and periodically work them to loosen them up if you can. Should you try this use very heavy chemical gloves as this acid will take chrome off, and your skin as well. Also in warmer weather you can see the fumes rise from it so don't breath them either any more than you have to. We also used to use this technique on some of the old "ice boxes" that had chromed hinges as we used it to remove the chrome and leave the original brass underneath and then we had brass hinges to reinstall back on the the newly finished oak cabinets which was nicer than the original chrome hinges on a painted ice box. Hope this helps any!

You may have to go to a boneyard or wrecking yard (auto dismantelers) and try to find some. It`s not going to be easy. I think you can find wrecking yards online with parts inventory, and they link to others around the country. If you have a wrecking yard nearby, call or go in, see if they do a national locator on the computer. They may also be able to tell you which years the hinges cover i.e. 1930-1940 etc. and which models, which could help. If nothing else, maybe EBAY? They seem to have all kinds of odd things. Good luck.
