somebody bought my car and didn't pay me 6 months now. I wanna get my car, but he says he wants his money bac

About 7 months ago, I sold a car for 800 dollars. Me and the buyer agreed that he'll give me money on a month to months basis till its paid off. He has given me a total of 420 dollars and the last payment he's made was 6 months ago. The car didn't run and he bought it "as is." He spent a 1000+ trying to fix it up and eventually got it running. We had no cotract made up and it was just a verbal agreement, I gave him a reciept everytime he paid me. I still have the title and won't give it to him untill the car is paid off. We lost in touch because he had "stuff" going on. I worked with him and gave him chances to pay me. Eventually I found him and gave him a demand letter asking for the rest of my money on a certain day. He didn't comply now I'm forced to take the car off his property, however he wants his $420 back. I told him NO you get what you pay for. He wants to settle it in court and I said fine! I'm I right? is there any law out there that can help me? What should I do?

Why won't my car go into park or reverse?

I have a 78 camero and I bottomed it out one day and the gear shifter some how got pushed back down into L2. After I got the car unstuck it would not shift into Park or Reverse. It still runs good I just can't put it in park or reverse.

Big rip in Dodge Ram leather seat. Help!??

My husband has a tear in the seat of his 2001 Ram 1500, is there a way to repair it? if so how? It is right along the seam but not on the seam. If not where can i buy a new cover? ebay has none. no after market one either. Thanks!

1988 4.3/throttle body to be placed in 1986 GMC/carb can it be changed over?????

I have an 88 GMC 4x2 rusted body new engine 4.3 V6. I was given a great 86 GMC 4x2 with a blown 305ci. I was told that If I change the intake to a carb intake then I will be okay.. I hope that this is true. They say if I change the 86 to throttle body that I will have a great amount of work to do.this Does anyone have any ideas or information or links for me to check to do this job. I miss my truck. yes I am a redneck. At least my kids say I am LOL

engine wont start.?

i put engine back together and all, but it wont start. its getting spark, fuel, all the wires are hooked up because i went over and over making sure everything was hooked up. all it does is spilt fuel out the carb. any ideas on what can be cuasing this? timing is right as i timed it twice autually, well, first time to time it and second time to make sure it was still timed right. any ideas will be help full

IHow hard is it to get your license reinstated avter it has been revoked for a year?

I have a bad driving record and will be up for reinstatement in April, How ahrd is it to get my license reinstated? Is there a device that detects rain?

Is there a device that detcts rain and will shut off a yard sprinkling sysen for 24 hours afterward? I know it is possible because the windshield wipers on my car go on automatically when it rains.
