Ok, I just had to test that theory, since I had a spare vehicle which was a blue geo metro. So I got in my truck, my friend in the Geo Metro. I had a cooler with 10 thawd out hot dogs and 10 forzen hot dogs. We went out to the desert and begun out test. Well... we started out at 10 mph for the first dog, then 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90*, 100*. what a freakin mess 10 thawd hot dogs made... HOWEVER, the Geo Metro needed a new windshield at 80mph. The 3rd hot dog chipped it but 8th one went right though the windshield.

No. Hotdogs are squishy for one, and a windshield is not, for two.
also, with two moving cars, going about the same speed, it's the same as them standing still.

Depends. Was the hotdog cooked, frozen or thawn. Well if cooked it depends if it was recently cooked or old. If old, then it has a tendency to harden as if still frozen. If thawn, then no. It will just splatter like a big bug.
