I have a 03 cobra bumper that i wanna put on my 00 GT. Only problem is that its a different color, so i wanna get it painted but ive been quoted around $250. I'd rather just do it myself. So i was wondering how much paint should i buy to paint the bumper? I dont want to buy too much and im ordering on-line so if i dnt order enough ima be pissed cuz im gonna have to wait to get more shipped to me. Any suggestions would be appriciated.

Are they just resistors tied into an electrical line of some sort?

What do they technically do? are they harmfull to a vehicle? Can on "brand" be better than another, regarding anything other than packaging?

Comming home tried to turn right didn't see car comming thought it was safe to go, got struck cops showed up driver immigrant 6 years in country no driver license driving car not listed as an operator, I was not cited but officer summoned her to court , didn't arrest her due to not see her driving the vehicle, My question formally is since i was at fault should i be surcharged even though she doesn't have a license or insurance?? or should I be found 50/50 I feel i should be cleared cause technically she had no business being on the road, without a license..

as an engineer and a preventative maintenance freak i have become a firm believer in the use of synthetic lubricants. my question is has anyone tried royal purple and is it worth the 6 bucks a quart vs mobil ones 4.5 bucks a quart?? royal purple makes some pretty big claims in their advertisement sheet. does any of them hold water or are they just a gimic?? tell me your real world results and dont be afraid to get technical with this skeptical engineer!!!!!

ok another mustang question. my car lacks power all of a sudden. i noticed it was throwing out all the gas through a torn gromit from the gas tank and the pipe where you put the gas, could this lead to lack of fuel pressure and therefore not enough gas being distributed or do you think it could be something else

It's been in my family for quite awhile now...and now it's mine. But about 5 years ago my dad said the engine started running really rough...like at first it was just a small miss here and there, but then it turned into constant missing and running rough at idle. I'd like to get this fixed...does anyone else have this problem, and if so, how did you fix it? the car is fine to drive and everything...just runs rough when stopped. has 148,000 miles. thanks for your help.

When I insert my key into the ignition, I can turn it to accessory and all my lights and radio come on and my steering wheel unlocks. but then when I try to turn it further to start the engine, it seems like it is locked and won't allow me to turn it any further. sometimes it will turn and when it does it starts right up, but other times it seems like there is something jamming it or something, not allowing it to turn any further. please, any help with this is much appreciated. It's a 99 sunfire by the way.

I have a 97 ford taurus. The heat dosent work that much. When i turn it on it blows warm air out but then cools off after a minute or so. When the car is in park it seems to blow warmer air then when im driving and wont get cold. If i leave it on all the time it will just blow cold air. What is wrong and how much will it cost to get fixed.
