Maybe, but to be sure you should obtain an "International Drivers Permit" available ONLY from the Automobile Association of Singapore, Head Office and Kung Chong Branch. It costs $20 and is valid for 1 year. DO NOT buy an International Drivers Permit or International Drivers License (There is no such thing) from any of the sites on the internet. They are are ALL illegal/forgeries/scams. Hope this helps.
