Show me all road signs etc, something that will boost me whilst driving so that it can be so easy for to pass and to get my drivers license in few months to come, give me tips to help boost me with driving lessons

Finally got my Bronco ll to the shop and was told its the cc.Mechanic assures me that the black smoke, intermittant sputtering/ stalling and clogged sound under the hood all point to clogged converter.At $300, total cost i say what the hell why not.But Im not convinced... Anyone had a converter go bad? what are the signs?I thought it would run sluggish all of the time and mine doesnt.Also how is the converter linked to the o2 sensor? should i replace this too?

Inherited a '97 Contour GL 2.0L 4-Cyl with 101k miles. I can't get in touch with the previous owner, so I don't have complete service records. On cold days (< 50 deg F), the timing belt slaps against the plastic cover for about 10-15 seconds before it settles down and everything's OK. Maintenance schedule calls for a replacement at 60K mile intervals and I don't know if was done at 60K. I do know that a used or rebuilt motor was dropped in at 78K. It would seem reasonable that the belt was replaced at this point along with the pulleys which is common (good) practice. But, I don't know for sure.

The belt looks good upon visual inspection--rubber isn't damaged at all on the 10 or so inches that can be seen from up top. I don't like to do overdo things, but I don't like to neglect things either. From what I've read, that slapping spells trouble. Or does it? Can I let this wait another few K miles? I plan to get rid of it in the spring.

Mine is the modern M. Benz seriese (especially sports cars) from Germany. They look "perfect". I also like modern Toyota Solara convertibles from Japan.

I know they are a lower line than alot of other brands, but I found a pretty good deal on one with a 7" pop out dvd player screen on it. If they last pretty good I'll buy it but if they are junk I don't want to waste my money. I'll have the car a couple more years so I want it to last at leasat that long.

An old family friend asked me to build/rebuild the 289 v8 in his '66 mustang he wants as much power as $3000 to $4000 will bring, I'm mostly looking for ideas and possibly a place to purchase a street legal dual quad intake manifold for it. Am I entitled to lost wages??? My car was possibly totaled on the way to work last night and I wasn't able to drive it to work (I also live 32 miles from work) and was pretty shaken up, should I be able to get remibursed since they found the other driver at fault? i am a beginner driver and recently i have been scouting for a new car. I have my eyes set on an audi a4( I've heard rave reviews about this car ) but some of my friends are telling me that i should get a VW passat instead ( cheaper ) or any of the bmw 3 series ( style, resale value, etc).. I need a little advice before I make up my mind. I have some knowledge of cars only because I read about their info online but like I lack experience, so what kind of car should I buy? thanks.
