Can A developer charge me for parking my car inside the compound?

I am from Mumbai, just bought a property, the builder wants 2 lacs to let me park my car inside the compound. is it legal.

all builders are charging... if have time consult a lawyer...spending your time and money is worth the trouble. hiranandani i understand charges the highest for parking inside the compound
