No, but all the birds in the world would get very excited and have a poop fest on all the clean cars!

(It always rains when I wash mine too. I figure if there's a drought they'll call me and ask me to wash my car!) ;)

No. Of course It won't. The Planet is round. And there is Gravitational pull to the earth.

I think washing a car is not as great a scale to have a great flood as the amount of water and force is also not enough to be equal to a great flood.

Use a dry wash to wash the car - I do.
Squirt the liquid on and wipe it off!
