rotary wing license?

how old do you need to have a rotary wing licesne. do you need any other licenses to get it? i live in washington

You will need you private pilot liscense first. The you can get your rotor liscense. So, i`d say it depends on when you get started. In the past i hav heard of a 16 year old with a private liscense.

You can get a rotary ppl from the age of 17 in SA most countrys use 16 as min age.
