I just bought a 2002 Nissan Pathfinder that was supposed to be Certified Pre-Owned. The night it was purchased there were a good 4 things or more on the We Owe list that were wrong, and now there are several more things. My understanding is that this stuff was supposed to be fixed BEFORE it was put on the lot with a Certified Pre-Owned sticker on it. The sales manager just tells me when I am upset over the issues that "they are going to be taken care of", but my point is that they shouldn't have to be taken care of on MY TIME. Oh, and this has been 3 weeks now since the vehicle was purchased and we're still waiting on parts. I'm fed up and contacted Nissan themselves, but they are slow to help me out, I suppose because they are busy. At this point I just want my money back, but not sure if it's possible.

i have an old winnebago motorhome with a replacement dodge 440-3 engine of unknown year (the 440-3 was not available on this motor home but a P.O. "fitted" it in). It's past time for me to replace the oil and filter, but I can't find which filter part # to purchase.

It just happens when it has been left over night and i start it in the morning,it starts no problem but it will go no faster then i couple of miles per hour.The engine does not cut out but i am not getting anywhere.I have to turn the engine off and re start it then it drives off no problem.It is as though i am in the wrong gear and the car wants me to change gears but it is an automatic so i am in drive.I wondered what could be causing this .It does not happen again thoughout the day just when it has been left overnight.The car has an immoblizer on it .

My yearly insurance policy statement states that I took out a premium loan. I have no knowledge of either asking for the loan, or recieving the money. I asked for an explanation and wasn't given one. I asked for a list of transactions for the last few years and they sent me information going back only 2 years. The 'loan' was taken out earlier than this, so I still have no explanation. I'm on a disability pension and can't afford to pay the loan off. What are my rights? Do you have an explanation?

I just recently had to have the original exhaust fixed, and due to cost of a muffler, went to straight pipes from the down tube out.(did not have stacks put on...original exhaust rout)
My fuel mileage has gone to sh!t in a hand basket.
My question is do they need to have some back pressure to run correctly, or do I need to get the injectors retimed.
Was averaging 18MPG now has dropped to around 16.
Does worse while towing.

Hey I have a Honda Prelude 92 that I just bought it has 117000 miles on it and it has a high pitch wine in the transmission. There is some oil spots on my drive way and was wonering if I was having tranmision problems. Or if I needs to be replaced

My wife and I were having a talking about where to put something I bought her. I told her to keep it in the ashtray of her car. She informed me that her car does not have one. That they don't put ashtrays in cars anymore. Being neither one of us are smokers I never paid any attention to this. Does your car have an ashtray? I think the cooling fan in my car isnt working, which would make my car overheat, but how do I check the coolant fluid? I have a Daewoo Leganza and couldnt find it in the manual. Also, if it is the fan, do I have to order one from like Japan, or are there places in the US that have or make them? Would I have to order a whole new one, or would I just get the current one repaired? Is there anything I can do to prevent myself from getting an entre new fan?
