Call the airlines and check, tell them you are a relative (husband) and you have an emergency that you need to get a hold of her.
I am sure you will hear from her if she is on the plane.
Call her cell number ,too bad she don't have a GPS in her phone so you can track it and find out for sure.
Good luck !

There is no way that you can receive that type of information from any airline, your only option is to try and contact her yourself either by cell phone or airport paging systems. It is against all sorts of policies to give out info regarding a passenger boarding or not boarding an aircraft.

Food? FOOD? Going to Germany during Oktoberfest and you're thinking about FOOD? What the hell is wrong with you? Ain't no food served on Lufthansa during Oktoberfest, it's BEER! BEER BEER BEER! IN GREAT BIG FRIGGIN STEINS SERVED BY CHICKS THAT LOOK LIKE THEY WALKED OFF A ST. PAULI GIRL BEER LABEL. BEER, DAMMIT. I just saved you from looking like an *** by asking for food during BEER season. You owe me, and you're welcome. Any US/Germany flights will have English and German speaking cabin crew as is required by law in case of an emergency.

Go to Atlanta and stand at gate.
In about 6 hours you will have visual confirmation.

Call the Air line she is flying in on - should be able to look at the computer records and tell you if she is on board

The airline will not give you that information. Your only option is to wait and see if she shows up on the other end.

It is highly unlikely that any European airline will give you this information - for pretty obvious reasons.
