My man has decided it's time I got a new car and he has offered to pay for it (yippee!) but I'm stuck as to what to go for. I don't want anything massive, I have a Clio at the moment which is just a bit too small. I need to have 5 doors as I have a small child to get in and out of the back and a big boot if possible. I'll get it on HP so am looking to pay under £200 monthly. Any ideas?? I'm 23 so don't want a granny wagon!

can i sell a car a have that is on hire purchuse?

Got car on HP in Oct,but jul my 3yrs old son was award mobility car, tax, insur and main included. Phoned finance company to returning car, got told keep car and payments up or they repos car sell it at auction.Worth £5500 if sold privitly, not get that at auction,( they know that) This is wrong!still gona want bout £6000 off me, full finance was about £9400 and they know they can do this! This is very unfair, tried getting loan to pay them off, now missed 3mths payments, harassing me daily, on antidepres, can'nt deal with it. Phoned to tell them to take car as there is no other way out, Got a letter asking for £70 fee,surrender document, valid MOT certif, but tax and mot has just expired. Not senting them £70, and renewing mot and tax, don'nt see why i should, already gona want £6000 or more off me, so can i sell car, keep money and pay them full finance for next 20yrs, why should they win when this is all wrong!

Is it better to buy an old car w/few miles or a newer car w/many miles?

I'm trying to decide between a 2002 Ford Focus with 125,000 miles and a 1996 Dodge Neon with 56,000 miles. They are both priced just below loan value. The Neon has a small crack in the dash, other than that, the interior is in good condition. The exterior is in fair condition, but the passenger door is missing the pin stripping so I'm afraid it has been replaced from a wreck.
The exterior of the Focus is in good condition, the interior shows some use, but not abuse.
I also wonder which one would be safer.
I need some expert advise please. Thanks!

I need a new part for my car and im not sure what the part is called ive tried looking online but cant find it

The car i have is a citroen saxo 97 1.1 manual (petrol) and the part i need is a bar approx 12 inch's long with 2 ball joint connections one on either end facing opposite directions one end is a small joint the others about 3 times bigger it connects from my gearbox at the front end to a solid bracket on the back of the motor, when changing gear this bar moves up down forward and back do anyone have any ideas what it might be called because at the moment im stuck in neutral and this is the cause one of the joints have gone on it

Fitting Stereo. Kenwood KDC-W7031?

I have tried to fit this Kenwood KDC-W7031 stereo into my 1993 astra. It connects without any additional wires but does not keep the memory. I was advised to buy the correct harness but this did not fit, the end of the stereo has a connnection with 2 parts but the wires from the car have a connection that has 3 parts how can i ge this to fit??
