I have a virginia licence and live in indiana. I got a speeding ticket 3 days before i left. Didnt pay it. I got pulled over 4 days ago, and they informed me that my licence was suspended in virginia.

you need to find out what you have to do from the DMV in Virginia.. you can call them. If you owe a fine, pay it.. some states will not allow you to get another license in their state if you have an outstanding from another.

Maybe but is it was talking because of speeding no. But if it beacuse you didn't pay the ticket then yes. Got to love the common wealth of va. I use to live in dale city va

were you driving through and got the ticket and have a in license. if so, you license is suspended in va, not in. call in dmv and ask if your license is valid, it should be. you just have to pay the fine in va, and then a fee to have the suspension lifted before you drive there again. i live in tn and have a tn license and that happened to me.

did you pay the fine? if you didn't then your suspension doesn't start its time until it is paid.
if you have already paid it then you can get them back after the mandated time plus pay a restoration fee.
