i have an old winnebago motorhome with a replacement dodge 440-3 engine of unknown year (the 440-3 was not available on this motor home but a P.O. "fitted" it in). It's past time for me to replace the oil and filter, but I can't find which filter part # to purchase.

All Dodge 440's - and most of their other V8's - use the same oil filter. Just go to a parts store and look up what fits for a '68 Dodge Charger with a 440 - or any other vehicle that came with this engine.

Take the oil filter thats on it and use the numbers to purchase another one or have the parts store cross reference the numbers to a different brand.
