What are you looking for in life? What is important to you? If living in a large city with a lot of activity going on all the time is important to you, then NYC is going to be the top choice, with Vegas coming in second. Do you want to live in an apartment or a single family home? How important is a yard, or garden, to you? If you want a single family home with a grass yard, then Florida may be best.
Do you like or dislike cold weather? If you hate snow, then Florida or Vegas are better choices than NYC.
Only you can decide what fits your wants, desires, and lifestyle. No one place is "best" for all people. We are not all alike, and we have different likes and dislikes!

i lived in Vegas and Florida,so with that i would say umm neither.if you like gambling and drinking 24/7 Vegas is the place for you just dont over do it.the people are the worst humanbiengs on the planet.all the lowlifes move there for some reason.sin city go figure.i liked Vegas because it has this nice feel to it and the weather storms are amazing.it gets hotter than hell out there.its like you tuned on your stove to 400 degrees and you just walked into it.its that bad.i lived in Miami Florida and the weather is not that bad.its humid but its bearable.the people are pretty cool but allot of them are angry at i dont know what and there is allot of homeless here that ask you for 50 cent all over the place.it get annoying after a while.once i pushed a bum into a trash can cuz he got too close.the women here are beautiful.unlike anywhere Ive been.and Ive never been to NY york but i might go soon.

I would say Las Vegas, Florida next and New York to follow.

Las Vegas is the BEST, with New York a close second. Florida no.

Las Vegas - Too hot - But great to visit once
Florida - Hurricanes! - Always great to visit
New York - Cesspool - I live here. A suburb of NY would be best.

Las Vegas - Tons of fun if you are 21 or over!
NYC - Never Been
Florida - Lots of fun if you like the beach and sun (you can get that in vegas) very nice weather when by the ocean lots of old people!

Anyone who asks this question has never been to NYC. Voted "friendliest" city in the Nation - has like everything. Is big and intimidating but pays off big for that with everything. Did I mention that NYC has everything folks. Everything. This is just a no contest vote for NYC LOL

For me, there is no comparison. New York is by far the better place to live. . .there is much more diversity, opportunity, choice, stimulation. It is by far more culturally rich than most places in the world.

You are comparing two cities to an entire state. How can you expect a decent comparison it you don't even know how to match apples to apples??
