If you torqued them properly and the threads aren't damaged, something else might be going on. while most flywheels are chemically thread locked from the factory,A whole bottle of loctite won't help if you have a bigger problem. You make it sound like its happening frequently. Check the flywheel for cracks near bolt holes? check threads? do you have the right bolts?

You might try lock tight on the bolts but check the holes to see if thier stripped. Proper torque? is it the right flywheel? Bell housing tight?

if there just vibrating out of it you need to use some thread locker to hold them in,,if there breaking they be over torqued,,just a little bit of over torque will cause them to get hot and break off,try using the thread locker on them, and torquing them all to the same torque,,and let it set a while before you drive it,this might cure it,i own a repair shop,,and have seen some of the Chevy 2.0 engines give the same problem,,good luck with it,,i hope this helps
