i just want the car to sound better since i cant afford to buy an exhaust system yet and it would take me a like 2months and i cant wait. i am going to get an exhaust in the future tho im just wondering if the intake will make a noticeable difference in my automatic car.

the car was repo'd, with my things still in in, and I was told that arrangements would be made, someone would be in touch with me, to retrieve my stuff. That was three months ago, and the car has since been sold, in another state. What can i do to recover the loss of my valuables? No one ever contacted me, and when I called the automaker, they said it may be too late, and that's it. But I did call to get my things back. No one called me back.

I have personally witnessed roll-overs, rear end accidents, cars pulling next to other cars to force them over, sideswipes, and many fatalities. Don't get me started on the cell phone yappers!

I was adivsed by an auto dealer that if I sell it - it does not need a smog certificate. Is this true? If not, who has to smog it? It is 1973 Chevrolet El Camino.

It was advertised in service stations up and down the country but I cannot remember it. You place a persons reg no. colour of car, make and model, the location you saw them at and leave a message for them... What is the address of it, I cannot find it anywhere. Thanks :)

I know this sounds lame, but I just totaled my car and I have to buy a new one. I don't even know the first thing about buying a used car off a lot. I don't want a brand new one (99.9% of the time, brand new cars depreciate 20% the second they're driven off the lot) so how would I go about doing so?

Does anyone out there have a new 2006 Ford F-150 that has a problem with their a/c? I have had mine about 4 months and that damn a/c just does not get very cold. I have heard some other people complain, but every other one I have been in works great. If I do not have mine blowing full blast on Max a/c right into me it is hot in the truck and it does nothing to cool off the rest of the cab.

My husband drives 4 miles a day, exactly. We don't have enough down for the car he wants right now. His current truck could go at any time. We don't need a new car every 3-5 years. When the lease expires do you have to pay a lump sum or do you continue with payments that go toward purchasing the car?

I was rear ended hard by another car. She was cited by police. I was not injured and $2000 worth of damage was done to my car. Her insurance company is taking car of my car and the rental but even though I am not injured, I am wondering about getting $1000-$2000 because of her negligence and the inconvienence it has caused me. Also even though my car will be repaired to original condition, when I sell it and someone hears it was in an accident, people just don't like that. I know trying to receive diminished value is not really a legit thing, but I am wondering if the insurance company would try and offer me a little to settle without anything else.

It ran fine intil I left in running while going in to talk to my brother, came back out and it died! We changed the spark plugs,wires, and a couple other things but it just won't start... now, it just sits in my yard collecting dust....I miss my car!!!

We have a 2001 Ford Escape V-6 and the air conditioning is barely cooler than just the fan alone. I thought it just needed a shot of freon, so we had the diagnostics performed at the Ford dealership and was told that everything is within specs. No problems. Zip. Nada. Nichts. After paying the $110 and sweating like a *bleep* in church on the way home, I thought to myself, "This is wrong on so many levels. Those mechanics are full of poopoo!" Anyway, thought I might give this Yahoo question thing a try. Any ideas would be appreciated. We have a 10 month old, and she is just soaked in sweat everytime I take her somewhere.

I am already getting a brand new mercedes. I was thinking in 6-7 months getting an SLR Mclaren. I am buying it 4 $$440,000 and its brand new! I caN totally afford it buy my uncles paying 1/4th of it. The rest with my hard earned money. DONT MEAN IN ANSWERING THIS QUESTION!
