you must be some kind of oooga booga hood rat. fact is most sports cars are sold to middle aged white men. It is a mid-life crisis thing. old is relative you punk. First of all sports cars are a impulse purchase and a case study in bad judgement. That is a statement of how they sacrificed all their lives making good judgement decisions and finally when the curve of responsibility is less they can splurge. They are the only ones driving them who are not exercising bad judgement. They have earned it. any young person in a high dollar convertible sports car usually doesnt have a pot to piss in and not a hope of repairing the stupid thing when it breaks. (I know this cause I fix cars for a living and have to listen to their tale of woe daily about not having money to repair the car they cant afford in the first place). and the real beauty of it is that the old folks driving them dont give a ***** what your stupid azz thinks. It is about them and not you. So power to them! I recommend you get a job.

When I was young, I thought it was a mid-life crisis thing -- and it likely can be -- but I also learned something as I got older: the older you are, the more money you make (probably), and so cars that you always wanted but couldn't afford when you were sixteen are suddenly affordable and within your reach when you're fourty.
Anyway, why be a hater? If they've got the cash, and the desire to drive a convertible sports car, why shouldn't they? Don't be bitter just because you can't afford one yourself.

why not? they have probably driven normal cars their whole lives and now that their kids are grown and moved out they can afford to spend their money on something they have always wanted. When I'm old, watch out, cause I'll be driving a sweeeet sports car.

Believe me whites are even saying it. Whenever I drive by one or see one on the street I always yell "MIDLIFE CRISIS"
My father told me guys at his work drive them though but because they finally have the money for it.

Becuase they worked their butts off when they were young and now theyre reitred so what to do with the money? buy a sports car. hey they deserve it.
