More then likely it will go up. But it will not go up during the policy period only at the renewal.

No, it does not go up "each month." Once a claim has been made in a no-fault state, it is likely that your insurance may go up even if you were entirely without fault in the accident or claim. This is one of the major negatives in no-fault insurance.
The overall premium for the remainder of the policy period may rise, and the monthly payments necessary to pay off the policy on time may also increase, but this isn't a "monthly" increase in your insurance rate.
Any time that you are involved in an accident where you were entirely without fault and get hit with a premium increase under no-fault, you should complain loudly to the insurance company as well as to your state's insurance commission. This is the only way this inequity will ever be solved.

IF YOUR INSURANCE HAD TO PAY ANY MONEY OUT THEN YES IT WILL GO UP THEY ARE GONNA GET THERE MONEY BACK IF THEY CAN

depends how the comepany dicides, some time it wolden go up at all, some time's it cold even go downe. its more luck then any thing.
