I was recieving tuition reimbursement at my last job. I went for two years and then the tuition manager changed. I was confronted by human resources because I did not submit my grant info. I didn't know i was supposed to, nobody ever asked me for anything, and I signed a waiver granting them full access to my account at school. They were mad and did not believe me so I had toI quit so they would not fire me, but now how do I explain that to interviewers?

Hi,

I'm soon going to look for a job (medical technologist) and I'd like to know if usually the employer tells the candidate if he or she is hired at the end of the job interview, or does the employer tells the candidate that he/she would call him/her in a few days ?

Thank you in advance.

I applied for a job yesterday. Alot of other people applied to and the people that were in there with me found out the mananger was to busy to give any more interveiws. My question is should i call the or stop by and request an inteview? The very next day to show my intrest . I think maby if i call to set up a time for an interview they will just give my the run around. But if i wait to long there will be no jobs left even though there stated they were highering all positions. Simply because it seems that everyone wants to work at Red Lobster. Alot of people were filling out applications. How should i go about getting an interview. and the manager is probably giving alot of interviews even right now .

For an interview that I have I am to list work skills that I need to improve on. I am having a really hard time with this as to not make myself sound like a horrible worker. I need atleast 4! It's hard enough for me to do the 1 greatest weakness questions, but it's just like that with 4! Any ideas for me? What are 4 things that anyone could improve? BTW this is a typical office job.
