It used to be the rule that a resume was supposed to be only one page. I'm sure this is still the rule, but more and more I see 2-3 page resumes.
If someone hands me a resume during an interview, I'm happier if it's stapled. But that's a personal preference.
If someone hands me a resume at a job fair, it had better be stapled, since it's too easy for pages to get separated otherwise.
If sending a resume through the Internet, best not to use staples or paperclips. (Joking!)
Do NOT resort to printing double-sided. It's too easy for someone not to realize there is a second side.
Be aware, however, that some larger companies scan resumes and will remove your paperclip. Not a big deal, but be aware of this when you place the staple. Don't use those staples that are hard to get out, either.

It is proven that Resumes should be 1 page not 2. Alot of people can't make it on one so what they do is let the employer know if they need references they will give them another paper
Hope this helped

I always send unbound, but make a foot note of "page one of two"
so they know that there are supposed to be 2 pages. Might not be the best, but I've never had a problem getting interviews. Also the foot note allows for faxing.

Staple, and be sure to have your name at the top of each page. On mine, I have a footer that says "page # of # pages."

Condense it into one page. But if you MUST use two pages, staple them, but put your contact info. on the top of both pages in small ish print in case they get seperated.

Unless you have extensive experience in the field you are applying for, your resume should never be more than one page.

Neither. Usually the place that you send it will take the time to attach it as they feel necessary. They might have things to add, or a particular method to their madness.
