What should I expect in a 2nd job interview?

I got called back for a 2nd interview for a Sales position and I dont really know what to expect! She asked TONS of questions in the first and even had me sell her a product on the spot! What more could she possibly want?! Help...I dont want to go in totally unprepared. I go Thursday, so all the help will be appreciated!! Thanks

Pretty much the same way u prepared yourself previously. Nothing short of doing ur homework, researching the company etc... Be prepared, keep cool, expect the unexpected. Also, business awareness is important, what are the challenges the company faces in the next couple of years, how they will deal with it. The interviewer is as nervous as you are, so be clever and dont corner urself. Ask questions towards the end of the interview...eg. when u joined the firm what were the individual challenges u faced? etc... Good luck! And smile...it helps! Plus...take the person´s contact details and send them a thank u email the same day - Shows them that u are polite and courteous. Hope u get the job and if u do ....thanks for the Moet!

2nd interview are always a little harder, that always depends. You are probably meeting with someone higher than the first person you saw a supervisor or manager. You really cant say what its gonna be like, cause it depends on the person that is going to interview you, every person has a different style, but if your first interview was hard, just get ready for a harder one, just in case. Who knows, maybe the second one will be easier. Good luck.

It sounds to me like they've narrowed down the applicants, and you're included. It's a good sign. Don't worry about being unprepared...you obviously did well enough at your first interview to be considered for a second one. Sounds like you're a natural! Good Luck!
