I really enjoy working with children, but teaching is not the right field for me. I want to go back to school, but not necessarily for another 4 year degree. I was looking at respiratory therapy or physical therapist assistant. Any ideas would be appreciated!

I was wondering if anyone knew if Dubar, AT, Brinks or any of the other amored car services would even consider hiring anyone without police or military background. Also does anybody know roughly want a armored truck guard would start out at?

To make a long story short, I'm 24, and just about all of my working life I have been a successful bill collector, making pretty decent money (about $20 an hour). However I have decided to leave the field for good, because I'm tired of such a negative position, sueing people, taking their money, and just being hated by everyone you talk to all day long.

I've found that its also very hard to find a decent job anywhere when the resume pretty much has said bill collector for the past 7 years.

I need at least $15 an hour starting just to break even on the bills. I'd consider almost any field at all, the most important thing I look for is that it has a somewhat regular schedule without alot of overtime, has a good environment that isn't high stress or backbreaking, and is a job I can make a comfortable living.

Does anyone know of any specific companies, or jobs that I should look into. I live in the seattle area in case anyone local is reading this.

I really like to organize parties and be creative. I also like to help people with their problems. I like to do office type work but not necessarily customer service. What kind of careers would be good for me. Is there a test on the interbet that I could take to find a career based on my interests??

IN YOUR OPINION....A young lady that just graduated college, living in Texas, no kids and single??

Let's say this person wants to make enough to live comfortable, but also make enough to have a little spending money, and some to into the bank....

ONCE AGAIN THIS IS YOUR OPINION!!!

The reason why I'm asking is because I'm young and will be graduating college soon at the age of 22. The field that I'm going into doesn't matter being that most jobs just want you to have some type of degree anyways, so in your opinion what would you call a good salary??

She is spoilt, lazy and mouthy. She is just 14 and when I try to talk about it, he tells me she isn't that bad and gets mad at me. She always tells him ugly things and is very rude. Every weekend we get in a fight over her....she just throws trash around won't even put it in the trash and I clean the house except her room & he cleans it up instead of making her. What should I do?

In the interview, the director stressed me with questions on a career switch. Questions keep repeating on why I want a switch, saying its not right to jump ship when my industry is down.

I'm curently a civil engineer student. Last semester I earned a 78 percent average for a final grade in trig. I earned this grade by barely studying for any of the tests. I really want to be an engineer, but I'm afraid that I wont be a successful one in the future. Is there anyone that is a successful engineer with a C average in math? How much math is going to be used in my career? If so, what other field of engineering will require less math?

I saw a sign on the Family Christian Store door the other day that said they were hiring and forgot to ask for an application. But I was wondering if anybody would happen to know their minimum working age. I'm assuming 18. 16 at the minimum. But I know there are jobs that will take you at 15, and i've still got 4 months to go until I'm 16. Anybody know?

I am very interested in becoming a party planner. I have had a little experience in the past; my husband and I had a wedding videography business and worked with wedding planners all the time, and also observed them and how they worked. I also helped my mother plan a very large and elaborate 50th anniversary for my grandparents, so I do know they very basics. What I'm wanting to know is how to really get started. I can't afford to up and quit my job now, but I'm wanting to go ahead and start getting into it. Does anyone have any advice for me or a direction I can go? Anything will be much appreciated. Also, I'm going for a general party planner and not limiting myself to weddings. In fact from what I found out doing the videography you can easily get trapped to weddings only. But I'm willing to learn and do anything just to get started. Thanks!

I've wanted to be a doctor since before I can remember. I would like to know how long it takes, how hard it is, and other information like that. Is it true that I would have to work for 3 days straight? My friend said that her mom worked for 3 days straight, no sleep.

I'm applying to be a correctional officer and the application form asks me to provide, in detail, all drugs i've taken in the past and when. i smoked pot once in high school and have taken Exctasy several time in the past year. I'm not addicted to anything and if required to take a urine sample i will pass. Should i admit that i've done the drugs in the past or just mark "No"?
