I feel for you. There is no need to get into why you're in this situation except to say that it is definitely a wakeup call and you may now be forced to put your life in perspective.
Sometimes situations like these force people to take control of their lives...other times, the person may not be emotionally or financially capable of doing so. Or they may not have the educational tools necessary to do so. I don't always think tough love is the right approach. Again, if the person isn't ready for the challenge, they may only dig themselves deeper into a hole.
Try making a list of things you need to do.
First, a roof over your head is the most pressing thing right now. You can always go to a Salvation Army shelter. They have people there who can help you with many of these questions.

They can't just kick you out. There are laws that say no matter who you are, if you have been living there for X amount of time you are considered a resident, wether or not you were paying rent. If they want you out technically they would have to get you out legally through the court. The only way someone can be immediately made to leave their place of residence with no prior notice is if you commited an assault or domestic abuse and they have a restraining order or the judge or cops told you to stay away. Otherwise, go home and if they don't let you in call the cops.

Do you have any relatives you could stay with while you talk this out with your parents?
Sounds like your parents gave you everything, which would explain why you're used to living like royalty, and never taught you the importance of initiative and getting ahead in life. Then when it got to be too much, they kicked you out.
I recommend giving them a little time to cool off, then contact them and ask if you can talk to them about some options. Maybe if they will give you another chance, you can agree to find a full time job or even pursue a career. Bring something to the table that you can talk to them about that will want them to negotiate with you. Decide what you really want to do with your life and then ask them if they would be willing to help you get it on track. I think that's your best option, because with no job and no money, you won't get far. Set a time that you would like them to allow you to live with them and prove yourself, then just do it!

Sorry, but you're a big boy now and it's time to grow up. Parents have other interests other than catering to you. Apparently, you must have been clueless as to the discussions they were having with you otherwise this wouldn't have come as such a surprise. It has been my experience with parents that they really have to be pushed beyond their limit before they kick the kid out the door.

I suggest that you get off your as s and look for a job. As to where your going to stay is beyond me. See if you could stay at another friends house until you get settled. Just don't mooch off of them and offer to pay what you can while staying there.
