I do not think Naukri.com engages employees. By posting your resume on the web, the company when in need may review the site and contact such person. In other words, Naukri.com is a bridge between the company (employer) and the person seeking employment.

They are good employer but actually they are a link between employee and employer.

It has not given me any help till now even though I became its member some years ago. I am still waiting. I am having hope that someday it will help me find a good job. I feel that they will not help us if we don't pay them money.
