I possessed an Engineering Degrees and is quite good in mathematics. I would like to look for a job related more on maths than engineering.

I am sick of my current occupation ( custodain) and wondering if anyone can think of any other jobs id qualify for. here are my quals:
1)can type 55 wpm
2) good at basic computer operations
3) have a AA degree ( associate of arts from comm coll)
4) high school diploma
5) no real experince other than custodian / cleaning wrok

I have been working at a company for four years and I will be getting laid off this summer. My whole department is closing. Of course I don't want to leave without having another job first. And I don't want to lose health insurance. I'm also hesitant to leave right now because I've grown close with my coworkers and it'll make their job harder if I leave now. Any advice? I sincerely appreciate any advice you have to offer.

..and 90% of the interview offers I get are health insurance sales positions offers. I know absolutely nothing about selling insurance and don't want to so why are the only people emailing me insurance contractors? And my resume says nothing about that field at all. What gives??
