i just got hired today at walmart.

Man you are on a roll, bad credit, criminal record at 16 LOL!

I guess it would depend on what that something was? Also that something should stay on your record for a lot longer to show society how much teenagers are a burden and get away with murder literally!

I don't think so. If you served time, but only at juvenile detention, then the records are sealed because of the fact that you commited the crime as a minor. The only way they would have access to that information is if you were tried and convicted as an adult for a felony.
