I am a recent 4 year college graduate but cannot find anyone to hire me because I am either over or under qualified. Anybody else experiencing the same thing?

9 months ago I took a temp job maternity cover. After two months they made it permanent. Now the new mother has come back part time and is making my life hell criticising everything I do. I am 49 she is 44 we are not children but it feels like a power struggle & I'm losing. I don't want to keep changing jobs, but for 3 day a week I dread going in.

I began a new job as a newspaper editor for my small country town. I began two weeks ago and pay days next week. How much should I expect to get paid?
I have no qualifications and am 21 years old. It's a part time job too.
Could you either look up my hourly rate somewhere or tell me the exact link online to find out? I can't find anything online. I just want to make sure that when I get paid, I'm getting what I deserve. I work hard and the job's full on.

I probably am gonna apply to grad school this year for Fall 2007. I also was recently let go at my job. What would you do during a job interview? Would you give them the impression that you would stay long term or would you go the honest route and tell them you will likely leave next Fall? Also, I kinda wanna make some money.

CORGI gas course now i know why gas fitters charge so much it was the hardest course i have ever done , a total of 10 papers has anyone else done it and did they find it very hard???

She talks to my other co-worker about me, says I stress her out, thats why she had a miscarraige, she knows Im leaving so she interviewed another recruiter, stuff like that. I have reported her before for harassment, but all that was done was I, and she had to write an essay on how we would help eachother in the future, and I was not to call my corporate office and complain again, this is a hostile enviroment with her always accusing me of stuff, she is psycho, and corp office knows that. I am looking for another job, but in the mean time, how do i handle her ? And is this harassment ? My other co-worker made a complaint of harassment too, but was ignored, and I got blamed for her letter, was told "I put her up to it" by my boss, but I did not. Its all petty stuff, but Im tired of the BS. What would you do ?

I had to take a picture of a sleeping co-worker in order to prove he and the supervisor was lying. Now i have this clown following me around with a camara. I do not sleep on the job and would like to put a stop this stupid stuff.

My elderly mother recently got out of the hospital. 4 the past mnth 1/2, I've been watching her & taking care of her. I've not been able 2 get a job because of this. She was found to have COPD & chooses to still smoke. I have to wtch her, 2 make sure she doesn't go outside to smoke w/the oxygen still on. She stays confused. I have to give her meds 2 her throughout the day & I make her meals. I take her to Dr's appt's & I have to sometimes assist her w/bathing. I'm afraid to leave her alone. My aunt told me 2day that she knows some1 who watches their own sister like that & the government PAYS them to do it. My bills are behind, not being able to get a job & all. My aunt said that this lady signed up somewhere (she dsn't know where, that's why I'm asking this, does anyone know where I cld apply 4 this?) & she had a drug test done, background check & the Dr had 2 say her sister needed the assistance. Where could I apply for this at? It wld be nice 2 be paid 4 all I do, if it's possible.
