I had to take a picture of a sleeping co-worker in order to prove he and the supervisor was lying. Now i have this clown following me around with a camara. I do not sleep on the job and would like to put a stop this stupid stuff.

If you have a union then tell them about it. This is harrassment! If you don't have a union then threaten to take them to court as they are harrassing you.

How did you get into this trouble in the first place? Bad judgment. Now that you are there, file a harassment complaint against your supervisor with Human Resources.

Just how much time does your coworker have to take pictures. Why don't you take pictures of him while he's taking pictures of you. Make sure you have a digital camera with the time and date stamp. Then file a complaint against him for harassment. If it were me, I would catch his fanny outside work and clean his clock along with his camera.
