She talks to my other co-worker about me, says I stress her out, thats why she had a miscarraige, she knows Im leaving so she interviewed another recruiter, stuff like that. I have reported her before for harassment, but all that was done was I, and she had to write an essay on how we would help eachother in the future, and I was not to call my corporate office and complain again, this is a hostile enviroment with her always accusing me of stuff, she is psycho, and corp office knows that. I am looking for another job, but in the mean time, how do i handle her ? And is this harassment ? My other co-worker made a complaint of harassment too, but was ignored, and I got blamed for her letter, was told "I put her up to it" by my boss, but I did not. Its all petty stuff, but Im tired of the BS. What would you do ?

File a harassment report with your HR department. If nothing positive results from this, file a report with the EEOC and Department of Labor. If anything happens to you physically from her, notify State Police and have her arrested.

You can apply for leave for some days. You can tell your boss that you decided to take job on another place.

sit down, write her a looonng letter,go to work grit your teeth, be sure to only write positive things ;ie, i`m worried, if you keep up this level of stress, you will lose your position. do not write anything that could be a threat, kill, her with kindness. give it to her on your last day- keep a copy.people like this will STROKE. give copy to corporate office.
